Version 2.0 is fully integrated with the CompanyÕs asphalt and aggregate enterprise and site automation systems resulting in full and seamless management of the bulk materials order-to-delivery cycle for small and large producers alike.

Version 2.0 advances BMG SeltecÕs solutions architecture with extensive graphical views and real-time refreshment of the data utilized at production sites. Features include quick entry of customer demand for specific calendar day(s) by customer service or dispatching personnel, impact analysis planning graphs that can show the current demand against existing delivery demand, and extensive dynamic graphs that show current load demand against capacity (truck and plant) and the status of loads throughout the delivery cycle.
The software facilitates real-time feedback from the plant on truck status, load status and ticketing activity (shipments). It allows full integration to self-service kiosks so users can easily check in and activate trucks on loads for maximum efficiency, with central, local or automatic truck assignment. Sophisticated, rules based auto assignment of trucks to available loads maximizes efficiencies in schedule and truck utilization.
Additional features include: real time synchronization of customer, order, truck, hauler, and other transaction data; full integration to job definition, quotes and pricing from Enterprise applications; sophisticated load scheduling algorithms for simplified data entry; the ability to export dispatching information to Excel for analysis and planning; and the ability to maximize screen real estate and expand information across multiple displays.
